Customized 1:1 coaching
The coaching provided is much more than weekly mileage recommendations. Each individual athlete receives customized workouts based on their personal goals and fitness. Analysis is completed on the data from each workout, including but not limited to pace, heart rate, cadence, elevation loss/gain, as well as calculated metrics for training load optimization. Training plans are made week to week so they are never cookie-cutter, and always made to each individual.
Sarah has been coaching for the past 10+ years, running and strength training have been the focus for the past six. She has certifications from UESCA in running and ultrarunning as well as NASM personal training and nutrition coaching. She's worked with over a hundred runners ranging from beginners to seasoned marathon and ultramarathoner. Her specialties include long-distance running, strength training and nutrition for endurance athletes.
